Got some cardio into today. And I had to psyche myself into doing it, because I did NOT want to! I was perfectly content to sit like a lump in front of my computer all day and get lost in a vortex of sad videos! This is because I watched a season finale Sunday night that DEVASTATED me!!! I think I’m going to hop on tomorrow to talk about how (apparently) I get WAY to invested in the lives of fictional characters! The hubs and I are watching The Magicians on Netflix and the final episode of season 4 had me absolutely beside myself. I’m WAY too attached to these characters, especially considering there’s only one more season left! But even though I was still a little down in the dumps today, I forced myself to get up and get moving! Especially since I couldn’t manage to do it yesterday. And I made myself a promise that I was going to get at LEAST 4 workouts in every week from now on. So here’s hoping the rest of the week will be easier!
