Er mer gerd! This workout had my arms BURNING! My arms felt swollen by the time I was done (and that was even WITH skipping the push-ups!). And I only used 8 pound weights for EVERYTHING! But here’s the thing: when you do concentrated exercises in a slow, deliberate manor you REALLY focus energy on that muscle and get an amazing workout in (even if you are using a lighter weight than you would normally use). I love a good arm workout!!! It always makes me feel STRONG!
